There's no hiding place when you are on CUNTWATCH..............
Man caught on film kicking dog
This is the horrific moment a drunken former police worker was caught on CCTV kicking his dog.
Ex-Police Community Support Officer Scott Marsh, aged 25, of Wesley Court, Cradley Heath, carried out the “sickening attack” on his American bulldog Sasha in June.
He has been banned from owning a pet for seven years after admitting animal cruelty.
Marsh was captured on CCTV in the lift at the block of flats where he lived, kicking Sasha, Warley Magistrates’ Court heard.
The images show Marsh enter the lift with the pet, before kicking her in the head. He pulls the lead and kicks Sasha in the body.
The dog appears to writhe around in pain on the floor of the lift. Marsh again tugs the lead, before kicking the dog in the head again. He then drags Sasha to her feet as the lift doors open.
The court heard how the dog appeared to urinated in the lift out of fear.
RSPCA prosecutor Nick Sutton told the court Marsh admitted the matter when he was interviewed.
Marsh told police he was drunk at the time. His defence solicitor Mr Parminder Hayre told the court Marsh had been going through personal problems following a break-up with his partner. He had also lost his dream job as a PSCO.
Marsh was given a 12-month community order, ordered to pay costs of £992 and ordered to carry out 80 hours of unpaid work.
Sasha recovered and has been re-homed.
Sasha the American bulldog is leading a new life after being removed from her violent owner.
It takes a 'special' sort of person to mistreat animals (OK, i'm not vegetarian so i appreciate the irony). This sort of behaviour does'nt normally just show itself at the age of 25. There would have been signs much earlier in life. Possibly making a kitten suffer with a cigarette butt, burning ants with lighter-fuel or pulling the wings off of flies. The sort of thing that makes somebody different from the other kids on the street.
This incident could have been a one-off but more than likely was not it is just that it was caught on camera. He also slipped under the radar to be recruited by the fuzz, no surprises there!
It is not about violence, it is about power and control. That is what really drives somebody with this sort of mentality, again no surprises that he was in his 'dream' job as a PCSO.
Or was.
A 'dream' for him, probably a potential 'nightmare' for the general public. The last thing that thugs like Scott Marsh need is a fucking uniform and unbridled power to be inflicted on the local citizens that pay his wages. The Police need to sift wankers like him out if they are to be awarded a modicum of credibility IMO.
People like this always blame something else. Alcohol in this case. Well if this is what happens after a few beers..............do'nt do it. Oh and the break-up with his girlfriend. I would like to hear her side of the story.
People who are capable of inflicting pain and suffering on animals particularly animals that only want to please them and place all their trust in them are very dangerous people and are more like to be involved in domestic abuse whether it be power and control through mental abuse or physical violence, often both.
The Police should have picked up on this at an earlier stage, i do'nt know what the initial period that either Police or PCSO's have to serve before they are taken on full-time but it should be a couple of years, if not already.
As for the dog - she has been done a favour by being captured on CCTV being given a beating at least she is in a better place, i wonder what his ex-girlfriend looks like?
As for the breed of dog. He's not the sort of chap that's going to walk around Cradley Heath with a Poodle or a Chihuahua is he?
What about an American Boxer? Try kicking the shit out of this one and see how far you get Scott!
